Critical Review

Introduction

This Critical Review made from one of the article by Howard Zinn with the title is “Speaking Truth to Power With Books”. In the article tells about Christoper Columbus who claims as a finder Continent of America, unfortunately the statement was wrong. Howard Zinn was against with the statement. A people’s history of the United States nickname for Howard Zinn, is to give history in an unbiased manner. Western history claims that declare Chistoper Columbus as a discoverer Continent of America finally was broken by artefact that was found. Chistoper Columbus it is only a little thing in the Howard Zinn’s article, because in the article also explain about how the history show himself and do the manipulation of lie. The entire thing in the world has a secret, but it is can crush by smart people who have a high literation. Then show it to the world with a great ideology.

Summary

In the schools we were taught the things that believe Christoper Columbus is a hero who is great role model. “Every people have volume and every volume has people” it means the volume of Columbus was end. All of the drama was stop with the artifact that can not restain him self to speak the truth with the people who care to him. People that have read thing written by people like Howard Zinn will refuse to believe that the explorers and great navigators that discovered America was Christoper Columbus. There are some points which can take the lesson from Zinn’s article about Columbus. First, we as the reader must be critical and more serious with the book that we read because books also give influence to the reader and sometime change the mind of the reader. When we read a book sometimes we must try to be the write self to understand what the text talk about.

Second, the manner to think a lot of people who say that the American inventor was Christopher Columbus. Even though from the explanation was clear because Columbus himself said that he found the native’s population were believed as “Indian”. Means that there has been any one who precedes the Continent of America, it is of course canceled the term that "the American inventor" was Columbus.

Main Body (CRITIQUE)

In the Howard Zinn’s article there are so many pro and contra about the topic. First, manner to think and not be serious when read some books. In every books that write about “Christoper Columbus as discoverer America” there is always a note that actually Columbus himself, that on October 21, 1492 he saw a mosque in the voyage between Gibara and the Cuban Coast. It provides that Columbus also recognized that there are have already population in the Continent of America who converted to Islam, before he was turnout. But the reader not really focus about the important note, and believe that Columbus as a hero who discoverer America. So, if Columbus really as the hero, the Indian who has already lived long long time ago before Columbus came and built great civilization in the continent can not see by Columbus or they are not human? Since long time Europian or Western, they judgment humans are only them, so they can do anything to other because their opinion other humans except them are slaves. Second, crush the reason about why they do cruel to the muslim. When Columbus came to visit the continent, they were welcomed and feel happy because of the arrival of Columbus. However, until the end, Columbus thought they had no religion and execute a plan to embrace Christianity the original natives of America. Columbus and his crew torturing them, for those who do not want to convert it will be tortured or they have to leave their residence, and if they convert then they will supervised to ensure that they are really converted. In addition, Columbus rapes the natives, and also belief to responsible for the death of millions of the natives.  Islam teaches, thread and guide humans and be God’s mercy for all. Historically, Muslims have to contribute the science, the art, and the civilization on the continent of America. Actually, muslims really bring excellent effect at the time, so that the original population was so accept them in their own place to stay. Meanwhile, Islam has already come in peace. On the other hand, for Western, the good things about Islam must lose from the muslim. Therefore they made many lies to cover the dark side of Western by the fake doctrines. Until it crush ourselves because we were not be the critical reader, and not careful about the text. Third, Howard Zinn also as a Jewish, that is why in the article Zinn not explain who is the real discoverer America. They say when the Jews were expelled from Spain so they raise funds for the voyage Columbus, and at the time Columbus seems thirsty of publication, and then can to say as the media and publications controlled by the Jews, so that there was a right moment to manipulate the history. Then look no dishonesty in the fact writes the history of the discovery of America. Diversion of history by the Jews that have occurred since they were first together the Europeans set foot into the Americas. As a result, history and literation was always connecting each other. All of thing in this world always has something hiding, sooner and later it will show by the people with high literation.

Additionally, it would be very surprising that until now the facts about Columbus who was so cruel torture even more cruel than Nazi still sounds as good leader out there and known as the discoverer of great figures of the Americas. So after long time, we had been known if the history about a finder Continent of America was really “fake”. Columbus in the fact was not a hero, it is just manipulation from Jewish. Here, muslim is the real super hero for America who have many advantages and deserving to created great civilization for America. However, it is only in hide history. So, how many histories still hidden until this time? What else? Not surprisingly, the history that we have learned so far has deceived us, and many are forgotten because it is untruth and there are many versions, different versions and make confusing. But, by using the new ideology to show the untruth is a thing that can make a new wolrd by writer. But also important to have literate habitual to face it the secret and crush it with literature. Above the facts showed dishonesty writing historical facts about the discovery of American Continent. Sadly, during the time we praise the human who actually does not deserve to be praised. For some reason there are still many people who still glorify, that is so sad. So why was covered about the Muslims who discovered America? Suppose that the history telling the truth from the beginning, it could be Muslims while now unimaginable progress will happen to the Muslims. Unfortunately, because of the world history write by other, finally the fact about the muslim was discovered America likewise disappeared behind the fake reality.  In case at that time the Muslims who people known, it could be at the time Muslims will crossed the globe and Muslims will dominate the world. But the Jewish nations are aware of it so Muslims hide behind the discovery of America. So far they are good at manipulating the news.

Conclusion

The debate around who is the real discoverer of American continent has become a fairly lengthy polemic. Researchers have shown a lot of evidence to confirm the theory that Columbus was not discoverer of the first American continent. Therefore, there is a lot of physical evidence such as inscriptions prove (the artifact) that exist before Columbus arrived in the American continent, there has been a character named Cheng Ho or Zheng He who arrived 70 years before Columbus. Even some historians also argue those centuries before Zheng He, the merchants at once Muslim sailors had set foot on the American continent and make settlements there. So, using the text of manuscripts we can find the truth, because the artifact will reveal all the secrets that are hidden. In conclusion the artifacts are evidence that can not be silenced.
